PIHU'S POV



It took us around an hour to reach our destination and I took a quick nap. I felt a little relieved by now, right now we are walking inside the restaurant my friends have reserved.



The Restaurant✨

I was walking a little behind him so that we gain less public attention although we were wearing masks. We walked like four to five steps and then he stopped midway.

"What's wrong?" I asked looking confused.

"That is what I should be asking, What's wrong with you Pihu? Why are you walking like this?" he asked turning towards me, now facing me.

"How am I walking?" I asked out of confusion.

"Like thieves!" he exclaimed.

"What? Are you stupid? What if someone notices us here?" I said letting him know my concern.

"Are you serious? Accha okay no one will notice us here I promise now okay?" he assured me.

"Pakka?" I asked.

"Seriously Pihu? Are we still kids?" he asked in disappointment.

"Shut up! I am not joining you then" I stated making myself clear.

Before I could say anything he held me by my wrist and pulled me towards him. Now I was right beside him. After that he interlocked our fingers and I was literally looking at him with pure shock. In my mind I was thanking god that we are still in the parking.

"This is where you belong not behind me but always beside me!" he exclaimed with a little smile on his face.

And as usual I turned scarlet and I wanted to kiss him so badly. But with the butterflies in my tummy I knew they will betray me as soon as I begin. I know I won't be able to control myself and ofc I don't want him to know how desperate I am for him.

"Umm okay let's go now we already late." I said trying to ignore his eyes. I stared walking without looking at him as I couldn't stop by smile. Pulling him with me we walked further.

As soon as I entered the room my stupid friends reserved for us I was welcomed by the worst sight of

my life. The room had a pool in it and my stupid girls were in the pool dancing the worst out of them.

And my only male best friend was recording them and cheering them up. I was honestly expecting it to a normal lunch. I pushed Karthik out of the room.

"Just give me five minutes" I said and closed the door right on his face.

What he would have thought about my stupid friends. I huffed in my mind and went towards the DJ and closed the music.

"Who the hell is this now?" said Ishana.

Well let me introduce my friends. Ishana, Shruti, Kritika my three bitches. Now talking about their profession so all these bitches are CEO and have their own company

but they are no less than a creepy guy. They are like the most badass girls you will ever know. My only male friend Kabir was also into their mess. He is the only male friend I have.

"Why the fuck is the music..." groaned Ishana but as soon as she saw me her words were lost in her jaw now.

Well maybe I look a little dangerous when I am angry but dude the situation they brought me inn was

embarassing.

"Hey hottie what's wrong?" asked Shruti.

"Aree nasheed yon yeh mujhe puchna chahiye kyaa hai yeh sab?" I asked being irritated.

"Just get out of the pool and get dressed in fucking five minutes, I got someone to introduce you all too." I gritted out folding my arms to my chest.

"Ahhh yaar! Is it important?" asked Ishana.

"Guys you already lost ten seconds." I said looking at my wrist watch.

All three got out of the pool and went towards the dressing room. And then Kabir walked towards me.

"Hmm Who is it?" he asked passing me my favourite red wine.

"Umm! Its Karthik" I said taking the glass from his hands and he just smiled.

"Huh? What's wrong why are you smiling? Aren't you surprised?" I asked taking a sip from my glass.

"Not really, I knew something is off between you two and its definitely not just business" he said drinking his drink.

"Umm! Did we over did something that made you think so" I asked facing him.

"No Pihu I just read your face when you saw that girl in his room. Daam you are dangerous when you are jealous." He said more like teased me.

"Huff! Stupid" I said.

"I am happy for you. Finally you are learning to live for yourself" he said hugging me.

"Hmm I always lived for myself Kabir, its just that now I got reasons to live happily for myself" I said hugging him back.

"And that makes me happy" he said kissing my forehead.

"Tu kabse itna senti ho gya?" I asked seeing tears in his eyes.

And we both burst into laughters.

"Kyaa khusur-fusur chal rahe hai tum dono ki" said Ishana. Indicating that all three are now here.

"Shit" I said and rushed towards the door. I forgot that he was waiting outside and rushed and opened the door only to find him standing near the side balcony talking to someone on call. I walked towards him.

"Are you done?" I asked more like whispered.

"Yeah I'll call you later, Bye" he said and ended the call.

"I am sorry did I made you wait for long?" I asked regression dropping in my voice.

"No I was also busy with call, are you done?" he asked.

"Yeah now you can meet them. Sorry for the worst first impression" I said.

"Its okay Pihu" he said and held my hands interlocking our fingers.

"Shall we go in now?" he asked.

"Yeah!" I exclaimed smiling.

KARTHIK'S POV



We walked inside the hall and I saw three girls and a boy who was probably there with her in the office as well. They were looking at me as if I am some model they are looking at they were glaring at us holding

ands and I had no idea about what to do, except that man. He was busy typing something on his phone. There was an awkward silence for a minute.

"Uhmm" Pihu cleared her throat.

"Kabir!" Pihu said in a warning tone and he lazily looked at her.

They talked something through their eyes which I couldn't understand. But then he kept his phone in his pocket and lazily picked his drink kept on the table he was standing beside to.

"So guys This is Karthik, and Karthik this is Ishana, Kritika, and Shruti. And this is Kabir." She introduced them one by one.

"Hey" that was all i could say.

"So guys he is my boyfriend and Karthik they are my best friends." She said again.

"BOYFRIEND?" all her three female friends spoke at the same time.

"When?" said one of them whom Pihu named as Ishana.

"Where?" said the other named Shruti.

"How?" said the other named Kritika.

"Guys let's go in the sitting area I will tell you all everything" said Pihu.

"You better do Pihu" said Ishana.

"Kabir take Karthik to the sitting area we will join you both shortly" said Pihu.

Kabir at first made a face but when Pihu glared at him he gestured me towards the sitting area. 'That's My Girl' said my sub conscious mind. Leaving her hand and assuring her I followed Kabir.

PIHU'S POV



As soon as Karthik left from there with Kabir. I turned around only to see the most serious faces of my stupid besties. Seeing them glaring at me I took a step back due to the sudden glare.

"What?" I asked.

"Pihu he the most handsome and the most eligible bachelor in our country how come you ended up with him" said Ishana excitedly. Her expression completely changed from anger to excitement.

"Come on bitch Pihu is also one of those" said Shruti with pride as if I am her daughter.

"But indeed Karthik is no less, I am already sipping you both, the best couple in the town, no the city, no man in the country" said Kritika excitedly.

"Guys stop! We are dating since like the day before yesterday" I stated and their faces were now more like confused.

"Its okay Pihu I know if you have taken a decision so you would have thought about it but I don't remember you mentioning him before so why did you hurry this

"Umm actually he is the Karthik you guys curse day and night" I told them.

Well yes since the moment they got to know that he was someone I used to rely on and he left without informing me they used to curse him day and night saying that he is the reason of my grief but they also don't know the actual truth.

"Where on earth he was till now" said Kritika getting furious.

I explained them the entire thing how we met to how we started dating everything. I also partially told them that it wasn't his fault that he had to leave me.

Our conversation went for like five minutes. Ishana and Kritika were convinced that he is a nice guy but Shruti was not. Well I knew it will be a little more for her because she knows everything and she was there by my side at my worst.

We started moving towards the sitting area and all that joined Karthik and Kabir.



The Sitting Area✨

We had conversation for an hour now everyone was getting comfortable with each other except Shruti. She is a sweetheart and a talkative one but only to people she is comfortable with. So I knew until and unless she will not satisfy herself she will not get comfortable around him.

Talking, laughing and giggling for hours we decided to leave. And then we did so. After biding everyone

goodbye. Me and Karthik were only left as Ishana and Kritika left together and Kabir went to drop Shruti on her insistence. Well I knew the reason why she went with him so that she can talk to him for meeting Karthik.

"So how do feel?" I asked him as we walked towards the parking.

"Hmm good" he nodded being a little lost.

"Hmm so you know what" I said standing still on my place.

"What happened?" he asked.

"Are you okay?" I asked.

"Yeah" he said.

"You're sure?" I asked again.

"Yeah Pihu I am fine tell me what's wrong" he said holding my hands.

"I am hungry" I said pouting that made him smile.

He stood still for a while. And then in a shift of a moment he grabbed me by my waist and pulled me into his chest. My heartbeat rose up by his sudden action. Butterflies erupting in my stomach and I stared at him blankly. I mentally thanked god that there was no one in the corridor.

"Stop making thing hard for me Pihu, its already very difficult for me to control around you" he said pressing his face in the crook of my neck.

He slightly bit me there as his one hand moved towards my nape holding it securely from behind meanwhile the other one held me

securely by my waist.

He gave open mouth kisses, he bit, he eat and then slightly soothed the pain. I knew that his wet open mouth kisses would have caused marks on my neck but I was honestly enjoying I am enjoying the pleasure of being loved by him.

After making out for almost ten minutes and becoming a complete moaning mess in his arms he stood straight looking in my eyes.

"All you need to know is that I love you I love you so fucking much" he said and kissed my forehead and then attached it.

"Karthik you okay?" I asked him sensing his restless heartbeat.

"Hmm, why ask?" he asked me.

"Your heartbeat!" I said trying to stand straight looking at him.

"It is always this fast when you are in my arms" he said correcting both our position and dress.

I was again left speechless. And a blushing mess because of him I knew that I was a red tomato by now and the butterflies his words always give me wasn't helping a bit.

"Sunshine this is just the starting but I am wonder if my words have this effect on you then what will my actions do" he said pinching my nose a little.

And that was it. I am on my keens, how can he be so fucking good at flirting. He will be the death of me one day and I am sure I will die by heart attack if he keeps on doing this butterflies giving stuffs that too like this.

"Umm we... we were doing to have food yes let's go, its getting late" I said looking everywhere but not him.

I walked past him towards the car. Before I could open the door he c

ame jogging towards me and opened the door.

"Stop stealing my tasks" he said cutely. And I sat inside smiling.

We went to have dinner at a nice Dabha on my insistence and we had a good Indian dinner.

After that he dropped me at my place. Bidding bye and seeing me

entering the house he left for his place.
