PIHU'S POV



I was shocked when all those welcome rituals like burning of fire crackers started to happen as soon as I walked over the red carpet. So I looked towards him with a questionable look to which he came forward and held my hands leading me into the main middle proposal

setup.

Till this moment I was confused but the very next moment when he sat on his knees right in front of me I was out of words, my mind was blank and I didn't had any idea about what I have to do next. And when he started confessing his love was the moment I realized that yes I am loveable as well.

No one, I mean it when I say no one ever made me feel this special. Evey act of his for me was everything that I wanted. I burst into cries listening to him and I couldn't help myself from hugging him. After a while he asked me if he was bad at expressing himself but only I knew how good he was.

I looked at his face and decided to

clear my doubt. I asked him if he was doing this because our family is happy or does he really wants to be by my side. To which he again confessed his love for me and that was it I already knew that I fell for him.

I am already in love with him but I decided to tease him an stated laughing to which he pulled me towards him and attached our foreheads. He asked me to be serious and I was about to say something but.

"Say yes please" he said and closed his eyes due to our closeness. But I could see him breaking and nervous maybe because he thinks I will say no.

But then it triggered me that I am not so lovable if he comes to know about what happened with me in the past so he will never accept me. And I can't let him live with a girl

who is full of unseen scars.

"Karthik..." I said trying to get out of his hold. But it seemed impossible as his one big hulk hand was holding my head and the other one was holding me firmly by my waist.

"Say yes Pihu or if you want to say no then stay still for some time." He said, his eyes still closed.

And I stood still after a while he himself separated our foreheads and then looked straight is my eyes.

"So it's a no" he said and I could see tears brimming in his eyes.

"What?" I asked out of confusion.

"I told you to stay still if it's a no, and you did so it's a no right." He said and now he left my waist as well and stood at a distance.

I hated it I hated how he left me I want him to touch me, hug me and I don't know why but I won't say anything if he even kisses me.

"Karthik you will hate me if you will know what happened to me" I said holding his hands as I couldn't see him breaking like this atleast not because of me.

"I would never, I am so in love with you that hate can never replace it" he said slowly brushing his thumb on my hand.

"You don't know it Karthik even I hate myself for that" I said and my eyes were teary by now and I knew I could break at any moment as it was hard for me to now control them.

"I know that it is not something good, but I know it can never replace my love for you" he said looking straight in my eyes.

And that was it I again broke down in tears. He knows it, and how fool I was that I thought that he didn't knew anything. I was crying the shit out of my heart thinking how he would have felt after knowing it and even after knowing this he wants to marry me.

"Do you know everything?" I asked him trying to clear my thoughts.

"Not really but I know that there is something" he said wiping my tears.

"Still you want to marry me?" I asked him

"Yes! And get this in your head I love you and I will marry you only you" he said again taking me into a warm hug and I gave in his hug as if I was missing his warmth.

"Were you rejecting me just because of this?" he asked me.

"Who said I was rejecting you" I said snuggling more into his chest.

"What? So is it a yes?" he asked me releasing me from the hug and now he had a huge smile on his face. I wanted to smile at his expression but I also decided to play along.

"Umm let me think about it, as you know I already have so many boys in option" I said moving in the other direction.

"What? And who is he? Pihu do you like someone? Or are you seeing someone?" he said walking in front of me.

"Yeah I have a boyfriend!" I said trying to maintain a serious face as his expression was making me laugh.

I was still controlling myself to laugh when he started taking breathtaking steps towards me and then.

"Care to tell me whose grave is waiting for me sweetheart?" he asked caging me between his arms.

My god these butterflies in my stomach why don't they die. Its already hard for me to control when he is around me and these shameless butterflies in my tummy start dancing everytime he says something. After a while collecting a lot of courage I managed to say.

"Excuse me Mr. I don't want to be an unmarried widow so you better don't kill yourself okay" I said hinting him about who my boyfriend is.

He took a little time to process my words and was busy in his thoughts when I freed myself from his hold and started to run away from him.

"Is it a YES?" he shouted and I could feel him running behind me. And I couldn't even cover half a distance

because of my dress when he came and lifted me in air holding me firmly from my back.

There was a tickling sensation on my stomach and I started to laugh and soon the air was filled with out happy laughter. After rotating me a few rounds he dropped me on the ground slowly.

"So finally it's a yes" he asked holding me in his arms.

"Umm well Karthik I want to tell you everything that happened..." I was saying something when he

interrupted.

"Pihu that was your past so you better forget it, and about telling me now so listen right now you are not willing to tell me its because you want to start the relationship with no lies but trust me I beleive in you more than I love you so please don't think of it like this. You can tell me when you will feel like telling me

okay? And I promise it won't affect our relationship at all." He said and then he kissed the back of my palm.

"When did I get so lucky? When did I become so lovable?" I asked as these were the only words left in

my mouth after listing to him.

"You were always a lucky charm and you are my only my Lady luck, and about being lovable so you are the most lovable person and that is why I love you the most" he said cupping my cheeks and wiping my tears.

"I Love You Pihu" he said looking straight into my eyes. And I stood still, seeing me like this he said.

"Don't force yourself just take your time" he said and I smiled nodding but then again he sat on his knees.

"But for now will you please give me a chance to call you mine. Miss Pihu will you marry me?" he asked taking the ring in his hands again.

"Agar naa bol doon toh?" I asked.

(What if I say no?)

"Phir ghar se uthunga paar Dulhan toh apne hi banaunga" he replied immediately as if he is very sure

about it.

(Then I will pick you from your home but you will only be my bride, only mine)

"Phir pucha kyun lo, bana lo apne Dulhan" I said forwarding my hands.

(Then why did you ask take, then make me your bride)

"Soch lo abb marte daam tak kabhi chodunga nahi" he said giving me a mischevious look.

(Think again because after this I won't leave you till my last breath)

"Soch liya" I said

(I have thought about it)

He put the ring in my ring finger and then kissed the ring making me smile.

"Congratulations, Soon to be MRS. RAJPUT" he said standing up and hugging me.

"All the best to handle this trouble MR. RAJPUT" I said referring to myself.

"Thanks! My sweet trouble" he replied making both of us smile at each other.

Finally they are in each others arms thinking everything is sorted now. But there is an evil eye on them who is still watching them into each other arms and is not happy at all. He is ready to bring the largest tsunami in their happy life very soon.

KARTHIK'S POV



After our little emotional happy session we left from there and I am on my way to her house. We are sitting in my car driving back he one hand is still in my grip by which I am handling my gears while my other hand is on steering wheel.

"Karthik I am not going anywhere" she said this for the 20th time as she wants me to release her hands and focus on driving.

"No means no" I said firmly and tightened my grip on her hands. Not so tight that it hurts her.

"Its distracting you Karthik" she said huffing.

"No its not but something else is distracting me" I said hu

ffing the same way she did.

"What?" she asked.

"You!" I replied smiling. As I could notice her smiling meanwhile her cheeks were in the darkest shade of red.

After this she didn't say anything and within the next ten minutes we were right in front of her apartment. I stopped the car and removed my seat belt and then she was about to remove hers but I held her hands and removed it for her. Then I held her hands and slowly

made her sit on my lap on my seat and hugged her.

"What are you doing?" she asked me.

"Hugging my soon to be wife" I said snuggling more into the crook of her neck.

"Karthik anyone can see us we are on roadside." She said more like whispered.

Then I turned on the black window cover by which we can see outside but they can't see inside. Well I know its illegal to use black mirrors but being a VIP business tycoon we are allowed with a licence.

"Huh! Are you serious?" she asked.

"Yeah pretty much" I said smiling a little.

"Karthik we will again see each other in the morning" she said again.

"Who told you to be my addiction who told you to be my favourite smell now please stay still for a while" I said and now she sat still.

After long 15 minutes of my

hugging session I left her as could feel that she is exhausted. I opened the door and she got down slowly

and then I got down.

Asking her to go in first and then biding her bye I left not before seeing her entering the apartment safely. Now again my jaw clenched thinking of that man. I was driving furiously towards my warehouse where my guards kept that man who was trying to sneak in Pihu's

room. I reached there and got down the car and my head guard came towards me and bowed in front of me.

"Where is he?" I asked him removing my suit. Now I was only in my white formal shirt and pants.

"He is inside boss" he said.

And that was it I went towards the dark hall where he was kept tied with a chair with his lifeless body just with a few punches I knew he is not the one I am looking for he is that person's superior.

His head was hanging and his eyes were closed. I saw towards one of

my man indicating him to bring something that he understood and came back in no time. He brought a mug filled with ice cold water that I splashed on that mans face and he opened his eyes with a jerk and started to shiver as it was cold outside.

"Out of you dreamland?" I asked raising my one eyebrow. I took a chair and sat in front of him.

"I know you are not the real culprit someone asked you to do it, so if you want to stay alive just tell me who is he? Why does he wants to reach her?" I asked him.

"Ple.. Please leave me I di.. didn't d.. do anything" he said shivering.

"I will leave you just spill out the truth" I said folding my sleeves.

"I don't know him, he just called me and told that he will give me enough money to clear my all debts all I have to do is that I just have to try sneaking in that house and I don't have to sneak inn" he said shivering.

"By which no. did he call you?" I asked him again.

"It was a landline call in a club" he said.

"In a club?" I asked him.

"Yes! I was in a club that day with my friend I was discussing my problems with him when I was about to leave after my friend paid the bill there was a landline call for me" he said.

"I know that guy was there in the club itself and he listened to my story and used me I never knew that I would create a trouble, it was not a bad act as I just had to pretend to sneak in so I decided to go with it my debt is too much" he said

"Which club did you go to?" I asked him getting up from my seat.

"ALFA NIGHT" he said.

Well it's Karan's club which is one of the biggest and famous club in Mumbai. I moved towards the exit when my guard followed me from behind.

"What should we do with him boss?" he asked me as we exited the building.

"Release him, no matter what I can't kill an innocent and the matter here is completely different then we are seeing it, I will dig into it myself just do one thing increase the security near Pihu's apartment and release

this man and provide him security as well. That man will approach him either to kill him or to know

something from him so he should be safe." I said and he nodded. I opened my car's gate and was about to sit but then.

"Also clear his all debts and dig about him a little more along with his family background we cant trust anyone so if we help him maybe he will tell us something he didn't tell just now" I told him.

"Okay boss don't worry" he said and I sat in the car and left from there. On my way I called Karan.

"Kya hai baby?" he shouted as soon as he picked up the call.

"Sale phir se pee rakhe hai tune?" I asked him.

(Bastard did you drink again?)

I drove towards my penthouse.
